How do I access my pets profile without scanning the tag?

To access your pet's Purr Tag profile without scanning the tag, simply visit search.getpurr.in and sign in to your account. This allows you to view and update your pet's information remotely, even if you don't have the physical tag with you. It's a convenient way to manage your pet's profile from anywhere, ensuring that the most up-to-date information is always available in case your pet gets lost.

Is there a monthly subscription fee?

No, there is no monthly subscription fee. Purr Tag is a one time purchase.

How long will a Purr Tag work?

Purr Tag are powered by QR codes, so they require no batteries and don't need to be charged. This means your Purr Tag will work for the life of your pet.

Can I control who sees my contact information?

Yes, with Purr Tag, you have control over who sees your contact information. You can keep sensitive details like your phone number and address hidden until needed. You choose what information is displayed on your pet's profile, allowing you to share essential details for a safe return while protecting your privacy. This control helps prevent unwanted access to your personal information.

Does the other person need a Purr Tag to retrieve my pet information?

No, the person scanning or accessing your pet's Purr Tag does not need a Purr Tag themselves. Anyone with a smartphone or computer and internet access can view the information by scanning the QR code or entering the unique URL.

Can I have multiple pet profiles linked to one account?

Yes, you can add multiple pet profiles to a single Purr Tag account. Simply log in to your account and select the "Add new Pet" option to create a new profile for each of your pets.

Does Purr Tag work with all smart phones?

Yes. With the three different ways to access your pets profile, Purr Tag is compatible with all smartphones.

Are Purr Tags waterproof?

Absolutely, Purr Tags are 100% waterproof and dustproof.

Will Purr Tag work outside of India?

Yes Purr Tag will work outside of India. Our servers are active worldwide, so the tag can be scanned and activated in other countries, such as USA, Europe and others.

I just ordered my tags, when do I create my pet profiles?

Your Purr Tag package will include a card with clear instructions on how to set up and activate your pet's profile. Follow the instructions on the card to create your pet's profile.

What is the size of a Purr Tag?

All original Purr Tags measure 35 millimeters in diameter, or 1.38 inches, suitable for pets of all sizes.

How can I track my order?

Once your Purr Tag package is on its way, you will receive an email containing a link to your tracking information. If you don’t receive this email within 24 hours of shipment, please contact us at support@getpurr.in

Purr Tag was not delivered. What shall I do?

First, check around your front door and mailbox. Then, contact your local India Post office with your tracking number (found in your shipping confirmation email). Sometimes there are delays, so please allow 48 hours.

If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@getpurr.in, and we'll be happy to help!

Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 100% refund for products that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.

• Returns are only accepted for items damaged on arrival.

• Damage must be reported with photographic evidence within 72 hours of delivery.

• For returns, please email support@getpurr.in with the subject 'Returns', including your order number, name, and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method.
